Despite our strict quality control, there may be rare cases where:

  • A wrong product is accidentally shipped

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing defect

  • There is a functional issue due to transit or handling

In such cases, we are happy to offer a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

? Return/Exchange Timeframe:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

? Mandatory Video Proof:

To process your return/exchange, it is compulsory to share a clear 360-degree unboxing video that includes:

  • Opening of the package from the sealed condition

  • A full view of the product from all sides

  • A clear demonstration of the defect or issue (if any)

?Note: Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without this video proof.

? Return Shipping:

  • In most cases, the customer may be required to send the product back. Return shipping details will be provided upon approval of the request.
